We believe:

Purpose-driven leaders create a culture of inclusion by fostering a sense of belonging and building ownership.

Since the Horan Group started in 2009, we have written about purpose and inclusion as the fundamental building blocks towards developing organizations which work for everybody.

To do so, we must change the way we think, listen and act.
To reach the true benefits of inclusion, 
we must value, embrace, and see the connection of ideas.
Our greatest resource is using our collective strengths to bring out the best at work.

We achieve this by changing mindsets, behaviours, and culture. We don’t shy away from change; we believe change starts with greater empathy, building an outward mindset and allowing others the time to think.

This begins with individual alignment of purpose. Work on ourselves first, then organizations, and the communities we serve.
