Inclusion is a practice, not a programme
Purpose is at the core of our work.
Founded in 2009, the practice was built on a straightforward conviction: that inclusion is not a programme or a policy. It is a practice, shaped by the behaviours leaders bring to their everyday decisions, conversations, and relationships.
For over fifteen years, The Horan Group has partnered with multinationals, multilateral banks, NGOs, and academic institutions to build inclusive cultures, develop purposeful leaders, and support professionals navigating career transitions at every stage.
Our work is grounded in data, cross-cultural research, and direct advisory and coaching practice. We do not offer generic frameworks. We work with what is actually happening inside your organisation and build from there.
In 2026, founder Jane Horan, EdD published Coaching Inclusion: Empowering Behaviours for Positive Change (Palgrave), which brings together the research and practice at the heart of this work.
The book introduces Inclusive Inquiry, a methodology for leaders and advisors who want to shift how they listen, decide, and lead in real time, in the conversations that matter most.
