We believe that global organisations which can incorporate savvy, inclusive and purpose-driven work cultures are more likely to retain talent. To do so, we help shape a culture of inclusiveness through awareness and discussions, creating new degrees of understanding, clarity on bias, and the requisite action necessary.

We use a variety of quantitative and qualitative applications, focus groups, interviews, and surveys to diagnose and present the best strategies for the development of inclusion, belonging and purpose.  We recognize the uniqueness of every client and culture and use an objective lens to understand each challenge; what needs to be addressed and resolved rather than rely on one solution to every situation.

We collaborate with individuals, teams and leaders to explore values and cultural dimensions, assessing the behaviours which may hinder or help with multiple perspectives. We support organisations to create their own ‘thinking environment’, that every thought can actually be heard. In turn, this enables teams to concentrate and listen, a precursor to an inclusive environment. We’ve witnessed how the ‘thinking time’ significantly impacted a leader’s ability to lead inclusively– the space to think and to listen.

We begin with a narrative overview to help organizations, leaders, teams and individuals examine what works or what doesn't for their Diversity and Inclusion plans.

Our narrative review offers a more holistic perspective and starting point to develop actions to visibly improve results. After the review, we use data to determine what interventions will have the greatest and most measurable impact.
