When we talk about inclusion, are we talking about results and impact?
Across the US and Europe, the language is thoughtful, the intent is clear, and support shows up strongly in the data. It might read well but when you step away from the research and into the room, the experience feels thinner than the promise. Not absent but not fully landing.
