Founded in 2009, the values based firm set out to build an integrated consulting practice using data, research, and practical experience to help organizations build inclusive work environments and individuals find purpose at work.
For over 10 years, the firm has amassed a diverse range of consultants and remains committed to research-based solutions.
We serve clients on a broad range of organizational challenges. We use a variety of quantitative and qualitative applications to diagnose and present the best strategies for building inclusion, belonging and purpose.
We begin with a narrative overview to help organizations, leaders, teams and individuals examine what works or what doesn’t for their Diversity and Inclusion plans.
We design, develop and facilitate strategy sessions, leadership programs, team development and career workshops. We support each program through a group of experienced executive coaches.
